Jessica brings a diversity of insurance defence experience to Schultz Frost LLP, acting on behalf of insurers in the defence of tort and property damage claims with a focus on Accident Benefit claims, including priority and loss transfer disputes and claims fraud. With more than nine years of experience, Jessica has a proven track record mitigating losses early in the claims process as well as effectively arguing before the courts and at the Financial Services Commission of Ontario. 

Jessica is a respected member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Canadian Bar Association, Ontario Bar Association, Canadian Defence Lawyers and the Advocates' Society and has presented at a number of industry events geared toward insurers and the legal profession. 

Jessica is married and has two small children. When not serving the insurance industry, she spends her time with family and loves reading and traveling.
