Sirus’s practice focuses on the defence of countless insurers and policyholders in a wide variety of bodily injury claims involving motor vehicle accidents, fire losses, slip-and-falls, product liability, occupiers’ liability, and social host liability.  Sirus has also successfully represented insurers in statutory accident benefits arbitrations, priority disputes, and loss transfer claims.

Sirus has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Small Claims Court, the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, and the Licence Appeal Tribunal.

Outside of work, Sirus enjoys the Toronto nightlife, travelling, and raising his unruly but oh-so-loving cockapoo: Hemingway.
