Anne’s legal practice focuses on the defence of first party insurance disputes and third party tort claims, including motor vehicle accident, accident benefits, product liability and occupier’s liability. She additionally has experience dealing with anti-fraud litigation as well as priority and loss transfer disputes.
Prior to joining Schultz Frost LLP, Anne worked as in-house counsel at one of Canada’s largest insurers. She also gained experience working in private practice at a top insurance defence firm.
Anne was called to the Ontario Bar in 2012 after receiving her J.D. from Queen’s University. She obtained her undergraduate degree from Mississippi State University, which she attended on a full athletic scholarship.
